Enable AI Spam Filtering for Chat and Email Channels

Re:amaze offers AI-powered spam filtering that helps you manage unwanted messages by automatically identifying and filtering out spam. You can turn on AI Spam Filtering for chat, email, or both, depending on your needs.

How AI Spam Filtering Works
  • Message Analysis: When a customer writes in, our AI evaluates the first message in the conversation to determine if it is spammy.
  • Spam Labeling: If the AI marks a conversation as spam, it will be labeled accordingly but will still be accessible under the 'spam' filter.
Enabling AI Spam Filtering for Chat
  1. Navigate to Settings > Chat and Office Hours.
  2. Click 'Manage Chat Settings' for the brand you want to enable spam filtering for
  3. If Classic Chat mode is enabled, you will see the option to 'Enable AI Spam Filtering for Chat.' Check this option to activate spam filtering for chat messages.

Enabling AI Spam Filtering for Email
  1. Go to Settings > Email Channels.
  2. You will see the AI Spam Filtering option is set to 'Off'. Click this to be taken to your Channel Settings page.
  3. Check the box for 'Enable AI Spam Filtering' and click 'Save Channel Settings' at the bottom of the page.
