Advanced Search allows you to search for conversations using a variety of filters to narrow your search. This can be used when you’re on the main dashboard or within any channel filter. If you’re already within a specific channel filter, Advanced Search will automatically set that channel in the search fields.
To use Advanced Search, click on the filter icon in the search bar.
Advanced Search allows you to filter by:
- Assignee
- Message User
- Message Type
- Conversation Status
- Tag
- Channel(s)
- Date Range
- Sort Order
Multi-Channel searching can be especially helpful If you’ve had a conversation with a customer but can’t remember which channel that conversation took place on (Instagram, Facebook, Email, Chat, etc.), you can search in multiple channels in one combined query.
