When you log into Re:amaze, you'll see the Main Dashboard. This is your central place to view conversations, collaborate with team members, interact with customers, and manage your account settings.
Left Hand Side Features
Inbox
Access the Inbox by selecting the inbox button or selecting the Re:amaze logo. Here, you'll find conversations from various channels, including email, real-time chat, and social media. Re:amaze retains your previous view filters, so selecting Inbox may display different filters than expected. If this happens, simply select all conversations in the filters list to reset.
Chats
Classic Chat is a Plus Plan feature that enables traditional live chat features such as customer queues and session-based messaging. See this article for how regular chat (also known as Real-Time Chat) differs from Classic Chat.
Reports
Selecting Reports will take you to a list of reports for your account. Reports are key metrics collected and calculated to give you or your teammates an overview into the overall performance of your customer service team. To learn what each report means, see this article.
Articles
Selecting Articles will take you to the FAQ section of Re:amaze. This is what you'll use to create and organize your frequently asked questions and knowledge base content. To see how to create and use your FAQ, see this article.
Live
The Live Dashboard is a Pro Plan feature that enables you to browse for customers that are currently online. Selecting Live will take you to this dashboard. To see what the Live Dashboard looks like, see this article.
Push Campaigns
Push Notifications are a simple way of communicating with your users who have opted in for notifications from your website. Check out this article to learn more about Push Campaigns.
Contacts
Contacts will take you to Re:amaze CRM. It's a repository of profiles for every customer that has ever contacted you whether through email, live chat, social media, or SMS. Clicking on a contact profile will show you the customer's various identities, conversation history, data attributes (customer notes), and other relevant integration data. Settings
The Settings menu is where you manage channels, staff, brands, notifications, and more. You can also use the search bar to quickly find specific features or settings.
Feature Updates
The lightbulb icon displays the latest feature updates from Re:amaze. We update the platform regularly, so it's worth checking in to stay informed.
Help
The Help icon gives you instant access to our FAQ. If you can't find what you're looking for, select send a message to contact us directly.
