By integrating your JustCall account, you're able to make and receive calls directly from your Re:amaze dashboard. You can also automatically log call activities, texts, and voicemails.
JustCall Integration Features
- Make calls from Re:amaze using Click-to-Call.
- Send SMS/text messages to your leads from Re:amaze through Click-to-Text in the JustCall plugin.
- Track missed calls, listen to voicemails, and call recordings.
- Sync Re:amaze contacts with JustCall so you never have to worry about losing important customer data.
- Get call back links in Re:amaze whenever you miss a call from your leads.
Connecting JustCall
In order to integrate your JustCall account, you'll need to retrieve your API Token and Brand ID from Re:amaze.
- To locate your API token, go to to Settings > API Token and copy your API Token from this page. If your token isn't visible, click "Generate New Token.
- Next, you will need to get your Brand ID. Go to Settings > Account IDs and Secret. If you manage multiple brands they will be listed under the "Your Brand IDs" section with the Brand IDs located to the left of the Brand name. Copy and save your Brand ID from here.
- Now that you have your API Token and Brand ID, log into your JustCall account and click on "Integrations" located in the sidebar. On the integrations page, scroll down to locate Re:amaze or use the search bar. Once you find the Re:amaze app, click "+ Integrate."
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to provide your Re:amaze login email, API Token, and Brand ID. Once you've entered all of your credentials, click "Save" and your account will be connected.
NOTE: Remember to download and install JustCall's Chrome Extension in order to make calls directly from your browser without having to pick up your phone.
