Re:amaze integrates with ActiveCampaign to keep your customer service and marketing workflows in sync. The integration allows you to view and manage the following ActiveCampaign contact data directly from Re:amaze:
- Email address
- Phone number
- First name
- Last name
- Lists the contact belongs to, with the ability to add or remove them
- Automations the contact is enrolled in
- Tags, with the ability to apply or remove them
Connect ActiveCampaign
In Re:amaze, navigate to Settings > Apps and select ActiveCampaign from the list of integrations. Select the brand you want to connect.
Log into your ActiveCampaign account and navigate to Settings > Developer. Copy the URL and Key from the API Access section.
Paste these credentials into the ActiveCampaign settings in Re:amaze and select Save API Credentials. Wait for the green confirmation message to confirm the connection was successful.
