The Stripe integration for Re:amaze lets you view and manage customer payment data directly from your conversations, as long as the customer uses a matching email address in both Re:amaze and Stripe. You can:
- View customer details
- View latest and full charge history
- View individual charge details
- Process refunds
- View most recent and all subscriptions
- Cancel subscriptions
Connect Stripe
Navigate to Settings > Apps and Integrations and select Stripe.
Select Click to Connect for Stripe.
Log into your Stripe account, or create one if you do not have one yet.
Authorize Re:amaze to access your Stripe data to complete the connection. Once connected, your customers' Stripe information will be available in the right rail of your conversations, where you can process refunds, cancel subscriptions, and view payment history.
