Klaviyo Integration: Setup and Features

The Klaviyo integration for Re:amaze lets you view and manage customer list subscriptions directly from your conversations.

Klaviyo integration features

  • View contact email address
  • Subscribe contacts to existing lists
  • Unsubscribe contacts from existing lists
  • Move contacts from one list to another

Connect Klaviyo

Navigate to Settings > Apps and Integrations and select Klaviyo.

If you manage multiple brands, select Connect for the brand you want to connect Klaviyo to.

You will be prompted to enter your Klaviyo API key. You can find your API key in your Klaviyo account settings. Copy and paste it into the field and select Save API Key.

Once connected, a Klaviyo section will appear in the right rail of your conversations. You can subscribe or unsubscribe customers from your lists by selecting or deselecting a list.
