Custom Domains

By default, your help site will be hosted on a Re:amaze domain. However, if you are subscribed to our Pro or Plus plan, you can host your help site on custom domain using our Custom Domain feature. This allows you host your site on the domain of your choice while enjoying the benefits of improved SEO.

Setting up your Custom Domain
  • To get started, go to Settings > Brands > See all Settings. Scroll down on this page and click on "Custom Domain."

  • Next, go to your DNS manager and create a new CNAME pointing to reamaze.lida.clearalias.com. Your subdomain can be anything preceding your domain, such as help or faq. If you choose your subdomain to be faq, your help site will be accessed through faq.yourdomain.com.
  • Lastly, Add your custom domain and save your changes by clicking "Update Brand."
