Shopify Attributed Orders Report: Revenue Reporting

To view your Shopify revenue data, start by selecting the desired time range. Re:amaze will generate a report showing the number of orders and their total value within that period. The report also indicates whether each order was associated with customer conversations.

Orders can be attributed to conversations even if the conversation started two months before the order was placed. As long as the conversation has recent customer replies and staff responses, it will be linked to the order.

Re:amaze automatically filters out duplicate conversations to prevent double counting revenue. For example, if a customer contacts support yesterday and again today, and then places an order, the order will be attributed to the most recent conversation with a staff response, assuming both conversations have staff replies.

Understanding the report

  1. Box 1: Total orders and attributed conversations
  2. Box 2: Total sales amount within the selected time period
  3. Box 3: Total refunds and attributed conversations

This report provides a high-level view and does not specify whether an order was directly caused by a particular staff message. Its purpose is to help you form a rough profile of how customer conversations impact your revenue. This insight supports discussions on how support interactions contribute to your business’s bottom line.
