NOTE: Deletion of data in Re:amaze is permanent and cannot be reversed or retrieved once deleted.
Deleting a Conversation
In order to delete a conversation from your inbox, you will first need to archive it. To archive a conversation, you can navigate into a thread and click on the "Archive" button at the top toolbar.
Once a conversation is archived, you can click on the "Delete" button at the top toolbar.
NOTE: The ability to delete conversations is only available to accounts on seat-based plans. Bulk deleting conversations is not currently supported.
Deleting a Message
You can delete a specific message within a conversation. To do so, click the "Edit" button below the customer's message in the conversation thread.
Once the Edit Message modal appears, click on the "Delete Message" button to remove the message from the conversation.
NOTE: Staff messages cannot be deleted or unsent.
Delete an Attachment
To delete an image, click into the image and click on the "Delete" button at the bottom of the screen.
