Yotpo is a customer content marketing platform that helps businesses collect and leverage user-generated reviews, photos, and Q&A to build trust and drive conversions. By connecting your Yotpo account, Re:amaze will import and display the following customer data in your dashboard:
- Customer name and contact information
- Total number of reviews
- Individual reviews for your products
- Average rating
- Total average sentiment
- Points balance
- Points earned
- Point redemptions
- Points redeemed
- VIP Tier Name
Connect Yotpo
Navigate to Settings > Apps and Integrations and select Yotpo from the list of apps.
Select Connect for the brand you want to connect your Yotpo account to.
Select Connect with Yotpo and you will be directed to your Yotpo account.
Re:amaze will request access to your Yotpo data. Select Authorize to grant access.
Once your Yotpo account is connected, Re:amaze will display customer review and loyalty points data in the right rail of each conversation, including product reviews, rewards points balance, and average rating.
