The ReCharge Payments integration for Re:amaze lets you view a customer's subscription profile directly within a conversation, including subscription status, payment history, next charge date, subscribed products, and other key subscription data. Agents can also make changes such as activating or deactivating a subscription without switching between apps.
Connect ReCharge
Navigate to Settings > Apps and Integrations and select ReCharge from the list of integrations. On the next page, select Connect Now.
If you are not already logged into your Shopify account, selecting Connect will take you through ReCharge's authentication process to log into your Shopify store.
Once authenticated, you will be returned to Re:amaze to complete the setup.
